Pumpkin Spice Golden Milk IceCream

INGREDIENTS:

1 can coconut milk (see notes on how to alter the fat content) or 1 & 1/2 cups

1 can water or 1 & 1/2 cups

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 TB – 1/4 cup maple syrup, depending on your preference

2 TB molasses

1 tsp vanilla, optional for AIP you can use 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground mace

1/8 tsp ground clove

1/4 cup raisins, optional

METHOD

Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple hours or so until chilled well. When your ready for a treat, run it through your ice cream maker according to your machine’s directions. Enjoy! Store any extra ice cream in the freezer. Thaw 30 minutes before scooping it out.
