Healthy Pecan Pralines

Ingredients:

2-3lbs.  raw pecans

2tbs of grass fed butter or coconut oil

1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon

1/2 cup of monk fruit

Instructions:

Raw pecans 1. Toast in cast iron pan with a stick of butter on low heat

2. Place hot toasted pecans in a large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and monk fruit.
