Dr Rosie’s Keto Flan

Preheat oven at 350F

Caramel:

In sauce pan use

*1/3 cup of powdered xylitol

*1/8 cup water

*1 tbsp of pasture raised butter

-Stir all of this in a sauce pan until golden brown

-pour in small ramekins to cover bottom

Flan:

- In a bowl mix

*1 cup of organic whipping cream

*1/4 cup of powdered xylitol

*1tsp organic vanilla

- In a separate bowl whisk

*2 whole free range eggs

*then add to extra yolk and whisk

-slowly mix whisked eggs into cream mixture slowly and stir and then pour in each ramekin

-Place ramekins in a casserole dish filled halfway with water and bake 40 min

- let sit to cool 10 min and then put in fridge for At least 2 hours

-lightly slide off ramekins onto place to serve on a plate
