Chocolate Protein Popsicles
Just made these Coconut Chocolate Protein Dark Chocolate covered Popsicles for my boys with no sugar or dairy!
Ingredients:
1 can Coconut Milk
4 tsp of organic cacao powder
1 avocado 🥑
2 tsp Cacao Nibs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp of stevia liquid
3 scoops of vanilla Protein (grass fed chocolate whey or bone broth chocolate protein)
1 cup ice
Blend all ingredients. Then pour into silicone Popsicle molds and put in freezer for 4 hrs
Melt 80-90% dark chocolate (I use HU dark chocolate 🍫) and dip popsicles and place on parchment paper and put back in freezer.
Even my Type 1 Diabetic kid did had them and his sugar only rose to 125 and still on no insulin! #ketoproteinpopsicles #type1diabetes #stillnoinsulin #healingjourney
